Gaella vd Riloo – Horsetelex.com
Gaella has been used exclusively for breeding and has never competed in sport herself. She is the full sister of the 1m50 horse Forst van de Riloo, who competed in multiple 1m50 Grand Prix classes with Spanish rider Eduardo Álvarez Aznar. In addition, Gaella is related to the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Key West, who competed with Austrian rider Gerfried Puck.
Gaella is also closely related to the Zangersheide-approved stallion Gem van de Riloo Z. Gem is now successfully competing with Siebe at 1m50 level, including winning the 1.45m Longines Ranking class in Lier and finishing second in the 1.45m Grand Prix at Jumping Amsterdam.
Gaella’s first foal by For Pleasure is one of Europe’s top show-jumping ponies. Together with Siebe, Noriego won a bronze medal at the European Championships Ponies in Poland. Additionally, Noriego was already competing at 1m25m level at six years old and placed second in the 1m30 CSIOP Grand Prix in Sentower at the age of seven
Furthermore, Gaella produced the powerhouse Pangea van de Riloo, mare by Kannan. The six-year-old Unax van de Riloo, a gelding by Untouchable, also shows enormous scope and talent.
