Who we are
This website belongs to Leemans Equestrian, Langegracht 4, 5091 SJ Middelbeers, the Netherlands. For questions about your data, please e-mail leemansequestrian@gmail.com.
What data we process
Contact form. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, e-mail address, subject and message by e-mail. We only use this data to answer your question and do not keep it longer than necessary. To prevent abuse, the website briefly (30 seconds) stores an encrypted code of your IP address.
Visiting the website. Our hosting provider (TransIP) keeps technical log files, such as IP address and time, to keep the website secure and available.
Anonymous visitor statistics
To see how the website is used, we count ourselves which pages are viewed, for how long, from which website visitors arrive, on what kind of device, and whether WhatsApp, phone or e-mail links are clicked. This happens without cookies and without personal data: from the IP address and browser we create a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back. This data stays with us and is not shared. If “Do Not Track” is switched on in your browser, you are not counted.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across other websites. In your browser we only store your language choice and your privacy choice (six months), and temporarily whether you have already seen the opening animation. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Videos, maps and social media
YouTube videos and the Google Maps map only load after you give permission. After that, YouTube and Google may process data under their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook buttons only open something when you click them; Meta’s privacy policy then applies.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and do not share it with others, except with parties needed to run the website and e-mail, such as our hosting provider.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (https). We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
Your rights
You may ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Please send an e-mail to leemansequestrian@gmail.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
